I love this place! This is my one-stop shop in terms of pampering myself. I usually go here to get a spa pedicure---such a treat! Look for Eugenia if you plan to get one. Also, I get my hair cut in this place too. Being a woman with typical asian hair, I am very picky who gets to cut and style my hair. Lo and behold! Most of their nail technician recommended Nikki, and they were right with their recommendation. Nikki was meticulous with how she cut and colored my hair last time, and I was pleased and impressed. You can also try Patrick (he used to work in another Chagrin Blvd. salon) if Nikki is not available. He used to be my stylist from the old salon I used to go to, and now he's in Lush! I'm lucky to have two great stylists under one roof---both with mastery of dealing with asian hair texture. There you go! Hope this helps anyone who is looking for a one-stop place that have hairstylists that have the experience in cutting asian hair :) ***the only caveat: blow-dry is a separate charge :/

The people there were very nice and did a great job! I got my hair thinned and trimmed and I have never gotten this great of a cut! I had Sarah and I definitely recommend her! I really like this salon and will definitely return in the future!

I had made a last minute appointment at Lush after work (I work a few buildings down) Kim got me in and out in 19 minutes(I was in a rush!) And the cut is fabulous and I love it! I appreciate them and would go back in the future.

Lena did an awesome job on my toes. And Tom did an amazing job on my nails. I wish I lived near by, I would come all the time. Tom, the owner, is really great. I brought my bridal party in a few days before the wedding and he surprised us mimosas and doughnuts. 100% recommend.
